This page contains information on the terms and conditions for purchases from Urmston Interiors. By using or accessing our website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Urmston Interiors reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you​.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you change your mind and wish to make a return or an exchange you must notify us within 14 days by phone, in writing by letter or email, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulation, Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.

● We are unable to accept returns on used or assembled furniture.
● Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
● We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
● We will require photos of all returned, damaged or exchanged items to verify the
condition.
● Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been
opened, used or slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep
it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
● We retain the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed to be unsaleable.
● Clearance stock is non refundable.
● Once received the items will be inspected and a refund issued within 14 days.
● We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions have not been met. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
● All refunds are subject to a fee of £54.50 ( £41 + VAT) which covers the pickup and
collection cost of your items – this will need to be paid before we collect
● If the Buyer is dissatisfied with a purchase made in store, the Seller may offer an
exchange or refund, subject to a cancellation charge, however this is discretionary, the Seller is not legally obliged to do so.

Made to order Goods Cancellations/refunds
Made to Order items are custom made to your specification. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you choose the correct colour, style and size before placing the order. We will allow a 48-hour cooling off period once the order is placed where you will be able to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. To cancel your order we will require you to call us on 0161 747 4447 or email us at ​interiorsoutletorders@gmail.com​ Once this has been confirmed and agreed we will proceed to cancel your order and issue a refund.

EXCHANGES
● We permit exchanges on unused and unassembled items so long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery. In order to qualify for an exchange the item must come back in the same original condition.
● If exchanging for an item of greater or lesser value we will make arrangements with you to settle or refund the difference.


● All exchanges are subject to a fee of £54.50 ( £41 + VAT) which covers the pickup and delivery cost of your items – this will need to be paid before we can deliver your replacement item
● If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, following order but before despatch, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing for delivery or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

DAMAGED/ FAULTY ITEMS
● Please check your packaging fully on receipt.
● Interiors Outlet must be notified within 24hours of delivery.
● All items and parts of items must be checked for any damage prior to assembly.
● Please report your issue and we will contact you to offer a repair, exchange or refund.
● We will then ask you to show photographs to verify the condition of the item you wish to
return.
● Any items damaged during assembly will be replaced like for like, if available. (excluding
clearance).

ASSEMBLY/COSTS
● We are unable to accept returns on used or assembled furniture.
● Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
● Assembled clearance stock is sold as seen.
● Assembly/disassembly costs start from £30.

DELIVERY
● We will always try to deliver your goods as soon as possible but please be aware that the delivery in certain postcodes or during busy periods could take longer.
● We will always use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.
● In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
● In the unlikely event that our ability to deliver the goods on a prearranged delivery date is
compromised by weather conditions or extreme circumstances outside of our control, we
will always endeavour to re arrange a new delivery for the nearest available delivery slot.
● Generally, where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the
same time, once all items are available. However, there are occasions where it is necessary for us to make more than one delivery which is solely dependent on the supplier/manufacturer and stock availability.
● Where a delivery date has been agreed, if the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £45 plus VAT to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
● An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 14 days following delivery of the goods. However if this is not a stock item and has been ordered especially for you there will be a cancellation fee of £45 plus VAT
● If the Buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase (excluding clearance) for any reason they may, within 14 days of delivery, contact the Seller’s customer service department to notify them that they wish to return some or all items from their order. The Seller will arrange collection of the goods from the Buyer at a cost of £41.50 plus VAT which will be deducted from the refund.
Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging. They must be in a resalable condition as good as new. The items must not have been assembled as by assembling the goods it can be deemed as acceptance. If only part of an order is returned for any reason then the refund would be applied taking into account the full price of the product being kept by the customer any discounts that may have been applied would be nullified. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged or not in a resalable condition.
● In the event that the customer has measured their property incorrectly and wishes to return or exchange their item(s) because it does not fit into the room, the customer would be required to cover the actual cost of delivery or exchange. This includes because the product is not the size the customer would now like or for health and safety reasons the product cannot fit into the property.
● For an exchange we must be contacted within 14 days of the delivery, the product must come back in the same condition it was delivered in having not been assembled and the exchange charge and cost of the new item and exchange fee will need to be paid prior to delivery and once the returned item has been inspected a refund of the product returned will be issued within 30 days of return of the goods.
● Any delivery that is unsuccessful as they are in excess of these terms and endanger the health and safety of the delivery technicians will be charged at the price of delivery plus collection of the items.
Promotions
● Any products identified as 'End of Line'/ clearance in the product description are discontinued items. This means that we will be unable to source parts or exchange this product for a new equivalent in the event of a problem. This is reflected in the price of the products. All products are new and sold as new. This status and discount does not affect your statutory right to a refund in event of dissatisfaction.
● Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
● Any promotional offer is valid for new orders only, placed within the timescale of the offer
stated. No retrospective discount will be adhered to.
● We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
● Should a partial refund be required for any reason, any promotional discount given
becomes null and void and will be removed from the amount due to be refunded.
● The sales countdown banner refers to a selection of stock items only. Items in the sale
promotion change on a regular basis.
